Slime Core & Sword pipeline

Five-stage crafting loop. Unlike single-boss grinds, you need to weave through a quest, a craftable key, a summoned boss, then a rare drop — and only then can you trade for the final sword.

Drop from Slime Warriors. Go west of town and AOE the pack.
Step 02 craft

Slime Key Crafter · under the shelter near coliseum steps

Complete his quest first, then spend 2 × Slime Shard per Key.
Step 03 summon

Summon Demon Lord

Slime Summoner · left of the coliseum

Hand over a Slime Key to spawn the Demon Lord boss fight.
Step 04 drop

Just a 1.18% drop per kill — the real bottleneck of the chain.

Final step. Exchange everything for the Slime sword.

Slime Core is also required at the Ascension Merchant on Sailor Island, so banking 2 cores is worth the extra grind.

Boss strategy

Demon Lord phases

Ground phase

Wail on him with basic attacks while he's still grounded.
Aura-farm phase

When he pauses to charge a heavy attack, back off and dodge.
Big hitbox phase

Some moves cover the arena — tank what you can, leave if it's lethal.
Soft reset

Step out of the coliseum; he resets so you can heal up and re-engage.
